Fire Arms Policy
Firearms are prohibited at the venue. Any patrons with confiscated firearms through festival search will either be escorted off the property.
What is allowed and not allowed at the festival?
ALLOWED IN VENUE
- Clear Bag Policy – Bags shall be CLEAR and not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ (30cm x 15cm x 30cm). Bags smaller than 6″ x 9″ (15cm x 23cm), also referred to as a “clutch style” bag, are not required to be clear. Bags exceeding 6″ x 9″ but smaller than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ must be single-compartment and clear on ALL sides.
- For those who do not bring a bag there will be a separate entrance for expired entry
- Blankets
- Hats
- Rain gear
- Earplugs (actually, we ENCOURAGE you bring earplugs! Protect your ears—you can’t replace ’em!)
- Empty plastic water bottle or empty reusable water bottle
- One sealed water bottle per person
- Empty camelbacks with only one pocket
- Camera (basic cameras only – nothing with a detachable lens)
- Bug spray
- Sunscreen
- Physician prescribed medications – name must match with carrier’s government issued ID, and must not be expired
- Positive attitude!
PROHIBITED – IN VENUE
These items will be confiscated and not returned.
- Firearms, explosives, or weapons of any kind, including but not limited to ammunition, pocket knives, pepper spray, and tasers
- Backpacks, purses or any bag that does not meet the clear bag specifications
- Glass bottles or containers of any kind
- Bicycles/scooters/go-carts/ATVs/UTVs/skateboards/wagons
- E-Cigs and Vape Pens
- Fireworks
- Kites
- Umbrellas
- Alcohol of any kind
- Pets
- Outside food and beverages
- Coolers

- Drones or any other remote flying device
- Professional grade radios or walkie talkies

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online on our site: I-15COUNTRYROCKMUSICFESTIVAL.com. This is ONLY official website for I-15 COUNTRY/ROCK MUSIC FESTIVAL. Tickets may be purchased through this site ONLY or at the Box Office during the days of the I-15 COUNTRY/ROCK MUSIC FESTIVAL. All other tickets purchased from third party vendors may or may not be valid. No Refunds.

Are dogs allowed?
No. Dogs are not allowed on the festival grounds, Unless

Can I bring water into the Festival?
You may bring in 1 sealed plastic water bottle per person.
What is the weather and terrain like at the Festival?
The Sun Bowl address is 150 S. 400 E. St. George Utah 84770
The terrain throughout the ground seating area varies; mostly packed dirt.
Weather in early September is typically very hot – please come prepared with t-shirts and shorts as well as plenty of sunscreen, hats, and water!
What is the Drugs Policy?
JUST SAY NO!!!! We abide by Washington County laws. All drugs are strictly prohibited and enforced at all times
What are the service charges?
Service charges, shipping, and handling fees are not included in the base price of a ticket; these fees are added into your cart separately. These fees are standard for all live events and help cover costs associated with ticketing and operations.
I can't go, can I give my ticket to a friend?
Yes, but make sure that if the ticket is to be picked up at Will Call that you provide the person's name to pick up the tickets and they must present their ID, If the names doesn't match then they will have to purchase a ticket
Can I bring food in if I have Medical Dietary Restrictions?
If you have special medical dietary restrictions, a personal amount of food will be allowed into the Festival if accompanied by a doctor’s note. Please contact info@i-15countryrockmusicfestival.com with any questions or concerns.
